Bill and Bobby began as home builders in 1984.

We are members of Memphis Home Builders and Fayette County Home Builders Association.

We not only manage our homes, but are actively participating in many of the different phases of construction such as:

Woodworking

Building of Custom Front Doors, Manufacturing of special trim moldings that are not available off the shelf at millwork companies, Special Vent a Hood Enclosures, Built Ins, and special fireplace mantels.

Earthwork – Clearing and Grading

We own and operate with our own employees the heavy equipment required to clear lots, remove trees, and build up our own slabs, without having to wait for other subs.

Septic Systems Installation

Both Bill and Bob Benefiel are licensed to install 3 different type Septic Systems. They are Gravity, Low pressure Piping, and Lagoons.

Tile Work

Our Work that we do in our homes, is second to none as far as craftsman ship. We install tile flooring, shower tile, and marble around fireplaces. In addition to the tile work, we install glass blocks walls.
